2 from Alto Pass charged with making meth
ALTO PASS, IL (KFVS) - Two men from Alto Pass face meth production charges.
According to the state's attorney, 65-year-old John A. Gleghorn and 34-year-old Billy J. Finney both of Bald Knob Road in rural Alto Pass were each charged with one count of unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and one count of possession of methamphetamine.
Gleghorn was also charged with on count of unlawful use of property and Finney was charged with one count of unlawful possession of stolen vehicle, according to Union County State's Attorney Tyler Edmonds.
The men are alleged to have made meth at at home on Bald Knob Road in February, March and April of 2012.
They both were being held on $1,000,000.
Participating in the investigation were the Union County Sheriff's Office, Murphysboro Police Department, Jackson County Sheriff's Office and ISP Methamphetamine Response Team.
