UNION COUNTY, IL (KFVS) – Two men have been sentenced to prison Friday for making methamphetamine.
According to the Union County State’s Attorney, Ty Dalton, 41, of Anna, has been sentenced to eight years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy and unlawful participation in methamphetamine production, a class 1 felony.
Dalton was arrested on Aug. 16 after an investigation by the Union County Sheriff’s Office and Jonesboro Police Department.
Police were investigating assumed methamphetamine and heroin activity at Dalton’s home, according to the state's attorney.
Jonny Eubanks, 30, of rural Jonesboro has been sentenced to nine years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one count of unlawful participation in methamphetamine production.
